Unused products with original tags may be returned within 7 days of delivery, as required under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules. Intimate us from the Returns page with your order ID. Pickup is arranged for most PIN codes. Refunds for prepaid orders are issued to the original payment instrument. Custom-stitched or used pieces cannot be returned.
